Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Dispatch & Delivery
- In Stock items are dispatched within 2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location
- For Pre-Order items, our team will contact you with the latest ETA and provide alternative options or a full refund if the timeframe doesn’t suit.
All orders are fully insured while in transit for added peace of mind.
Remote Areas
If you’re located in a remote area and would like an estimated delivery timeframe before ordering, please contact us at sales@worldofmusic.com.au. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:30pm (AEST).
Stock Availability
We work hard to keep our website accurate and up to date. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll contact you within 1 business days to arrange an alternative, backorder or full refund.
