Our website is directed to users located in Australia. Content or products and services which are available on or through our website may not be appropriate for use or available in other locations.
Product Quality
Every product is inspected by our team before dispatch to ensure it meets the manufacturer's standards.
Please choose your purchase carefully, as products are not supplied on a trial basis.
Warranty
All new products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty eligibility is determined by the authorised Australian distributor or service agent.
If you purchased your product from World of Music, we'll happily assist you with the warranty process wherever possible.
Pre-owned products purchased from World of Music include a 6-month store warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Pricing & Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may change without notice.
If an item has been incorrectly priced, discontinued, or is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss an alternative or provide a full refund.
Price Matching
We aim to match advertised prices from authorised Australian retailers on identical products, taking into account stock availability, condition, shipping costs and any additional services or inclusions.
Price matching is offered at our discretion.
Product Images
Many product images are supplied by manufacturers and are intended as a guide only.
Natural materials such as timber vary in grain, colour and finish, so the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.
- White background images are manufacturer-supplied.
- Non-white background images are photographs taken by our team of the actual instrument.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:
- has a major fault;
- is significantly different from its description or sample; or
- is not fit for its intended purpose.
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- change of mind;
- special-order or non-stock items ordered specifically at your request;
- items returned without proof of purchase; or
- products not returned in their original condition with all packaging, manuals and accessories.
Where a return is accepted outside of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Layby
Layby is available on eligible products for 2 months with a 10% deposit.
Cancelled laybys incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total layby value.
Currency
All prices are listed and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
