Fender Custom Shop guitars are built by hand in small batches by senior Fender luthiers, using higher-grade timber selection and finish work than Fender’s production lines. Custom Shop instruments are intended to be the closest thing to coveted vintage instruments. You’re paying for consistency of build quality and access to the most collectable guitars Fender currently produce.
What Aging type should I choose, New old stock, Journeyman Relic, Heavy Relic?

Can I try a Custom Shop guitar before buying?
Because Custom Shop guitars vary from one build to the next, we recommend experiancing them in our purpose built Custom Shop Showroom. Our Brighton East staff can help you design your own instrument or help you hand select one of the stunning instruments we have in-store.
Do Custom Shop guitars hold their value?
Generally yes, particularly, Master-built pieces and limited run models. Buying from an authorised dealer with paperwork intact also helps if you decide to sell or trade in later.
