Cole Clark Studio Thinline TL1EC All-Mahogany HSS Acoustic Guitar (Sunburst)

ole Clark’s STL1EC-MMAH-HSS-SUN is a versatile True Hybrid Thinline designed to combine the natural character of an acoustic guitar with the tonal flexibility of an electric. Featuring an all-solid timber cutaway construction, the guitar is crafted with a Mahogany top, back and sides, producing a warm, resonant acoustic voice with plenty of clarity and natural projection. Its Thinline format and comfortable electric-style neck make it equally suited to contemporary playing styles.

The guitar features Cole Clark’s PG3mk2 acoustic preamp with strip piezo, alongside a True Balance HSS magnetic pickup configuration comprising two single coils and a bridge humbucker. Separate acoustic and electric outputs allow the two systems to be used independently or combined, while the Electric / Both / Acoustic mini toggle provides straightforward control over the instrument’s hybrid capabilities. The bridge humbucker can also be switched between series and parallel operation for additional tonal versatility.

Finished in a distinctive Poly Sunburst, the STL1EC-MMAH-HSS-SUN combines Mahogany construction with an Eucalypt fingerboard and bridge, solid timber binding and a black pickguard. A 25.5" scale length, 44mm nut width and 12" radius provide a familiar and comfortable playing feel, while Graph Tech TUSQ nut and saddle components contribute to clarity and sustain. Supplied with a Cole Clark gig bag, this is an exceptionally flexible instrument for players who want acoustic expression and electric versatility from a single guitar.
